Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern use of Frankdom Edutech, operated by Frankdom Hub Services Limited (RC 9643567), Ogun State, Nigeria. By creating a school account you accept them on behalf of your school.
2. The service
We provide software that turns CA and exam scores and teacher notes into branded term report cards, delivered to parents by WhatsApp and email. Features may change as the product develops.
3. School accounts
The school is responsible for its staff accounts, for keeping login details confidential, and for all activity carried out under them. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
4. Your data and consent
You keep ownership of all school, pupil and parent data you upload. You confirm you have the authority and parental notice required under Nigerian data protection law to upload pupil records and to send reports to the parent contacts you supply.
5. AI-assisted remarks
Remarks generated by the platform are drafts only. Form teachers must review, edit and approve every remark before it reaches a parent. We are not responsible for the content of remarks a school approves and sends.
6. Fees and billing
The School plan is ₦20,000 per month, billed through Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where Nigerian law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unlawful, misleading or abusive messages, to upload data you have no right to use, to attempt to breach our security, or to resell the service without our written agreement.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Delivery by WhatsApp, email and card payment depends on third-party networks outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Suspension and termination
You may cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, and will make your data available for export for 30 days afterwards.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State.
