Who we are

Frankdom Edutech is a school reporting service operated by Frankdom Hub Services Limited (RC 9643567), Ogun State, Nigeria. In this policy "we" means Frankdom Hub Services Limited.

Data we process

• School details: name, address, logo, grading scale, staff accounts.
• Pupil records: name, class/arm, CA and exam scores, attendance, conduct and teacher remarks.
• Parent contact details: phone number and email address used for report delivery.
• Account and billing data: sign-in email and subscription records held with our payment processor.
• Technical logs needed to keep the service secure and available.

Roles and lawful basis

The school is the data controller for pupil and parent data. We act as a data processor and only handle that data on the school's instructions, to deliver reports and support the service. For our own account and billing records we act as controller.

How we use data

We use the data to generate report cards, draft teacher remarks, produce branded PDFs, deliver reports to parents by WhatsApp and email, manage subscriptions and provide support. We do not sell data, and we do not use your school's data to train AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that make the product work: our cloud hosting and database provider, our AI provider for remark drafting, WhatsApp and email delivery channels, and Paystack for payments. We may disclose data where required by Nigerian law.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted per school through row-level security, and report files are stored in a private bucket. We keep school data for as long as the account is active, and delete or return it within 90 days of a written request or account closure, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the NDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Parents should contact their school first; schools can contact us directly.

Children's data

Pupil records are supplied by the school under its own parental notice and consent arrangements. Pupils do not create accounts with us.
